HIPAA Compliant. Our Internet based transcription software is compliant to the HIPAA standards. Its is designed to ensure and conform to all security and privacy standards such as SSL –128 bit encryption, automatic logoff, pin-number / password management etc.

 
 

Microsoft's SQL Server Database. We use database system to store each dictation and transcribed report, which will ensure more security unlike in other applications that use operating system to store data.

 
 

Data Encryption. Our Internet and Intranet channels use secure socket layer connection and encryption for all data transmission. We also use firewalls to prevent unauthorized access into our network.

 
 

Multi-tiered Architecture. Our multi-tiered application architecture ensures that access to database is only possible after multiple authentications at each level.

 
 

Internal Messaging System. We don't give access to any third party email system in our network. All users can send and receive messages using our internal messaging system, which is built in our application.

 
 

Security Breach Alerts. We continuously monitor our network with the help of multi-modal alerts. Any suspicious activity on the network or at a particular workstation triggers off an access denial and alerts our administrators.

100 % Owned Facilities. All our customer support and transcription is done from our own facilities. We don't subcontract transcription to another company or home – based transcriptionists.

 
 

Restricted Entry. At our facility where the transcription is done, we employ security personnel at the single entry / exit point to make sure there is no unauthorized entry and exit.

Legal Declarations. All our employees are required to sign the declarations and documents as per HIPAA norms. These legal documents are an important safeguard to ensure compliance with the privacy and data security norms.
